Collingwood Diamond And Pearl Dangle Earrings

On July 12, 2017, Kate wore these earrings to the State Banquet held in honor of King Felipe and Queen Letizia’s visit to the UK.

If the earrings look familiar, it’s because they aren’t new. They belonged to Princess Diana. Collingwood Jewellers gifted them to her once she became Princess of Wales.

Here is the closeup:

Two bezel stud diamonds dangle one above the other and attach to a conical diamond studded component. Just below this is an egg-shaped creamy white pearl.

Kate wore them again in Belgium on July 31, 2017.

  1. These were among my favourite earrings of Diana’s, I’m so glad they were taken out of the royal vaults and get to be in use again!

I’m also pretty chuffed as I already have a very reasonable replikate from Swarovski, so not spending money on a new one.
