About

Ever since Kate Middleton stepped out in front of the cameras wearing the blue Issa dress and coordinating Tiffany Cabochon by the Yard necklace with matching earrings, I have been dazzled by her jewelry collection. I admire her taste in jewelry because she seems to choose smaller, less ostentatious pieces. Her style is fashionable, but not showy or flamboyant. To me, the Duchess of Cambridge embodies a specific kind of fashion icon: one who dresses for herself, not for others. She is required to follow a royal dress code, but she manages to do so while maintaining her own sense of style. She is certainly a modern royal.

This blog is my attempt to catalogue the jewelry she wears or has worn. I will do my best to update it frequently. I will be mostly discussing pieces she owns, as opposed to royal jewels loaned out to her for state occasions and diplomatic functions.

If you wish to pass on any information to me, I can be reached at katemiddletonjewelry@gmail.com

  1. Hi. I’ve looking for sometime on any blog that cover the Duchess of Cambridge’s jewellery, and this come into my radar. Great job. Can’t wait for another post.

I just wondering, and I meant no offense, but why did you named this blog with katemiddletonjewelry? I know on the description you mentioned her full title, but still she is no longer Kate MIddleton.

Great job by the way. looking forward to it.

    1. Hi,

I’m glad you like the site. I know she’s no longer Kate Middleton, but so many people still use that name for her and I wanted to make it easy for them to find this resource. I hope that clarifies things.
