Kiki McDonough Eden Blue Topaz and 18ct White Gold Flower Necklace

On July 19, 2017, Kate debuted this blue topaz flower pendant necklace.

From the website: “The stunning Eden necklace features a blue topaz flower surrounded by pave set diamonds in 18ct white gold. This pretty but bold necklace can be paired with the Eden flower gemstone earrings.”

This is the second Eden item Kate has worn in public. Her first were the Eden Flower Citrine earrings.

The necklace features four small blue topaz gemstones arranged in a box pattern: two on each side of the chain, spaced equidistant and across from each other. The largest and diamond encircled gemstone is centered at the bottom of the necklace. It is flower shaped and surrounded by small white diamonds. The entire necklace is set in white gold.

Here it is on Kate.

This costs £1,166.67 or $1520.77.

Kiki McDonough Blue Topaz Diamond Drop Earrings

On May 11, 2017, Kate wore these bright blue earrings on a visit to Luxembourg.

From the company: “A wonderful pair of blue topaz oval and cushion cut stones surrounded by diamonds set in 18ct white gold to form the most stunning drop earrings.”

Here is the close up:

A round blue topaz gemstone is placed in a halo setting and acts as the post for the earring. A bezel diamond stud connects the cushion cut blue topaz gemstone that dangles beneath the post. The cushion cut stone is also placed in a halo setting.

It is noticeable that these blue topaz earrings appear to be paler in hue than Kate’s other Kiki McDonough blue topaz pieces.

Here they are on Kate.

These cost £3,500.

Kiki McDonough Kiki Classic Peridot and Blue Topaz Double Oval Studs

We’ve seen this pair on Kate just once. I’m desperately longing to see them again, because they are one of the most striking earring sets in her collection.

From the website: “A firm Kiki favourite; these double oval stud earrings come in an array of vibrant colour combinations and are exceptionally easy and fun to wear. This pair features stunning peridot, blue topaz and diamonds set in 18ct yellow gold.”

I want to point out that Kate’s pair actually does not have the diamonds shown in the stock photo. Hers have been replaced with smaller peridot stones.

An oval peridot sits atop a slightly larger oval blue topaz stone. To fill in the gap where these two meet, there are two small peridot stones nestled in the empty space.

Kate wore them to the African Cats premiere in April 2012. They complement her Matthew Williamson dress quite nicely.

The cost of these is £1,400 or $2,140.

Kiki McDonough Lola Blue Topaz Hoops

I quite like these earrings chosen by the Duchess for more formal events and appearances. They’re opulent and glittery enough for palace duties, but they’re also a very contemporary pair of earrings, marking Kate as a modern style icon who knows that her place in world history as a British royal means that her look should feature current jewelry styles.

From the company’s website: “A new design to the Lola Collection these stunning blue topaz and diamond hoops in 18ct white gold add a splash of colour for every day. Also available in a mini size and a matching pendant to complete the look.”

I must thank Diana’s Jewels for information on the details about these earrings.

These earrings are a part of the Lola collection. There are 11 blue topaz stones set in white gold. The bottom 4 stones are larger than the remaining 7. The stones become smaller as they lead to the top of the hoop. There is a small, diamond covered white gold ear hoop attached to the hoop. A small diamond fills in the spot where the two meet.

The photo above is my favorite look on Kate that include these earrings. It was taken at the UK’s Creative Industries Reception at the Royal Academy of the Arts in 2012. Her outfit is by Roksanda Ilincic

The cost of these is £3,200 or approximately $4,734.
