These are silver plated and made with cubic zirconias. The differences are:
-Absence of a leverback clasp (they are fitted with a French hook).
-The M&W earrings are 15x30mm. The Francesca earrings are just a little bigger than 10mm. Therefore they are considerably smaller than Kate’s earrings.
-The center motif is similar, but not exactly the same. The Francesca earrings feature an equal armed cross in the center, while the M&W version feature a cluster of diamonds in the center of four spade-shaped holes. Despite these difference, at a distant it looks very similar to M&W’s earrings.
If you did wish to own these as a decent repliKate, you could take them to a jeweler and ask that they switch out the French hook for a longer leverback clasp.
We saw this necklace most recently at Charlotte’s christening, but Kate has owned this since August 2014.
From the website: “A sparkling and versatile diamond pendant from the Mappin & Webb Empress collection set with 0.40 carats of round brilliant-cut diamonds in 18 carat white gold on a 46cm (18 inch) chain adjustable to 40.5cm (16 inches). The motif measures 15mm (0.59 inches) in diameter.”
As with the matching earrings, this pendant features a round disc with an elaborate cut-out motif in the center. Four spearhead-shaped cut-outs frame the center, which is a small diamond studded floral piece.
Kate wore this to the “Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red” art installation at the Tower of London.
As mentioned above, she wore this to her daughter’s christening.
From the Mappin & Webb website: “A stylish elegant pair of drop earrings from the Mappin & Webb Empress collection set with 0.88 carats of round brilliant-cut diamonds set in 18 carat white gold. These earrings measure 30mm x 15mm and feature a secure carriage fastening.”
There are a second pair of earrings on M&W’s website that bear a resemblance to these. The marked difference is that the center of Kate’s features an ornate floral center. The other pair has a simpler round centerpiece.
Here they are on Kate.
I believe she is wearing the matching necklace. You can somewhat see the necklace in the photo below.

The cost of these earrings is £3.450 or approximately $5,360.
Kate tends to rely on this necklace a lot when she needs a small piece of jewelry to wear with her business casual outfits.
From the website: “This unique gold necklace from the Mappin & Webb Fortune collection features 0.97 carats of round brilliant-cut diamonds set in 18 carat white gold; a celebration of luck and good fortune. The chain measures 46 cm (18 inches).”
While I think the necklace is beautiful, I don’t see it as being unique. It’s a simple twist circle studded with diamonds, attached to a white gold loop strung through with a white gold chain.
Kate wore this to the ICAP Art Room opening (which was mentioned in this post).
